EXPERT GUIDANCE

Plasmacytosis: Grade 3

This H&E section shows a prominent increase of plasma cells in the paracortical area. These cells should be polytypic (expressing a mixture of kappa (brown) and lambda (red) light chains) and show no expression of IgG4.
